I've rebuilt my deployment images to make sure there's no corruption in there. There is no reason a piece of software as widely used as this can be this unstable. What am I missing? Create new user folder for user to remove any cached files that may be lingering out of site in their user folder.Create new identity, add Exchange user, import archived email. If Outlook will stay up long enough, export locally stored email.Here's a list of steps that I run through with users that may or may not fix the issue temporarily: Eventually Outlook will crash again and require a rebuild of the database. I've gone as far as replacing users' computers to try to fix the issue, to no avail. At any given time, around 20% of my users are dealing with Outlook crashing repeatedly and requiring a database rebuild. For the last few years, I've been fighting constantly with Outlook 2011 crashing on my users constantly.
